Digital Products
The majority of products and services offered through this website are digital in nature (videos, e-books, online programs). Digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately upon purchase confirmation – no physical shipping is required.
Physical Products
If a physical product is offered in conjunction with your purchase, the following terms apply:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
- Domestic (United States): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international partners. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination and product type.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking data to update.
